Qualifications:

Post Msc in Counselling Psychology, Msc in Counselling Psychology, Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology, Postgraduate Certificate in the Foundations of Psychological Counselling, Bsc in Psychology. I also speak fluent Swedish and Spanish.

My Approach

Stress leads to anxiety, discomfort, and unhappiness. Long-term stress can build into overbearing feelings of helplessness. Unhappiness corrupts self-confidence and impedes the ability to make good decisions in the face of confrontations and challenges issued by life. Cheerfulminds offers a warm, personal style of interaction that will help you to examine your individuality, identify with your role in life, take ownership of the decisions you make and see how they affect the world around you.

Getting Help

I propose a two-way process where the client and therapist collaborate openly and creatively. I have a special interest in diversity and do not judge on the basis of racial group, sexuality, mental health, religion, age, employment, status, gender, marital status, political opinion, ability or language. My life and experiences have helped me develop values that are meaningful to me which is one of the reasons I counsel.

It is easier when somebody is there to listen, to guide us and to add value to our lives.
